Hi, I have a client looking for a D2 (500.000 to 1.000.000 MT/month) contract for 1 to 5 years with extensions and rolls, FOB Rotterdam.

I have also a client for a JP54 3 to 5 millions barrels/month, FOB Rotterdam, contract for 1 to 5 years with extensions and rolls.

We know exactly that the fraud on this business is so much common, so can I have some real offer, and acceptable procedures, Partial POP before any financial documents is released, BCL can be released before Partial POP, so can you let me know if you have some seroius seller which have this kind of procedures?, if it so let me know, because I have a couple of clients waiting for reliable & serious offers.
